THE CLEAN(ISH) SECTION
Full name: Jaime Reyes aka The Blue Beetle — and Khaji Da, for those acquainted with the not-so-human side of him

Other bodily markings: There's a large, scarab-like mark between his shoulder blades, and going down his spine are similar marks that look like vertebrae. They might seem like tattoos, but upon close inspection are more like a blue glow that come from beneath his skin.
Build: He has a fairly toned body, but it's usually hidden under loose-fitting layers so he might look on the skinny side to the passing bystander.
Residence: Currently lives alone in his place in the Water district. He keeps the place organized, if a little cluttered.
Occupation: Photographer at V3

Other notable physical details: Well, there's the alien weaponry fused into his spine. That's where the voice in his head comes from. As well as providing tactical advice, the scarab (he's called a scarab, he's not a bug or an alien really, but he's called a scarab whatever) gives him a battle armor that protects his body, enhances his strength, and allows him to fly. Outside of Zodion, it can also shift into various melee and fired weapons, as well as travel through universes, scan and track individuals, detect radio and electromagnetic signals... you know what, Khaji's kinda just your standard super-advanced-do-anything-robot.
Spoken language(s): English, Spanish, Scarab-speak, potentially any commonly-spoken Terran or intergalactic tongue. Khaji Da generally serves as a universal translator.
Voice: Jaime's lived in the US all his life, so his accent is American with a hint of a Mexican accent. He speaks Spanish without an American accent getting in.
